most of the time cooking for the hella-rich and then teaching snotty white kids will turn your old world rustic soul to a crack n’ hookers mush but, not this time.

this wonderful book is basically a heartfelt fuck you to tex-mex and reminds us all that brazil, argentina and of course, cuba (just to name a few) really know how to eat. ie. eat really fucking well.

vegetarians will hate most of this but those with a jones for fire, smoke and meat will find new inspiration and wondrous discovery in what you think as “been there, done that”. plus, it’s all easily approachable.

a must for your good eats library. find it cheap here.
